Service Opportunities

Starting at 8am, this crew will be in charge of setting up the entire service each Sunday morning. This will be a team effort, as it involves setting up chairs, making coffee, setting up audio equipment, and setting the kids area. Don’t worry - we will have clear instructions and mapping, and everything for be labelled for quick set up. This will take about about an hour and a half each day. This crew can also help tear down at the end of service, if you are available.

These volunteers will teach, facilitate, play songs, or play games with kids on Sunday mornings. You will help in one of these areas during our children’s service at 9:30am every Sunday. You can also help with childcare during the adult main service, which will simply be playing with the kids. We will have kids aged 0 years-3rd grade.

Do you play an instrument or sing? We would love for you to try out for the worship band! We will be doing mostly contemporary music with hymns included when practical. You must have your own instrument, and be willing to play with in-ear monitors and click tracks.

This team works closely with the worship band and pastor. Team members may run slides, mix sound, and handle video production.

The hospitality team is integral in connection and welcoming the community to our space. Team members will greet and welcome, letting guests and new comers know hat to expect during the service. A parking attendant may become needed also.

Each Wednesday night, we will be uniting with Valley Church Main in their youth group. Valley Church Clinton will need youth group volunteers each Wednesday to pick up kids from Clinton, help facilitate youth group in Terre Haute, and drive back. If you have a passion for kids aged 4th grade to 12th grade, this is the slot for you.
